The Ardent and Ambitious Cat

He was so lazy, so sluggish and knows nothing but to sleep and play. He only eats bones and will absolutely ignore the rice. He's a total clamor when we eat. He bullies our dog and steps on our bed. That's how mighty and dominant he is, brimming with self-confidence. Yet, we love him so much. He is very sweet and gentle... and we treasure him a lot. He might be a pain in the ass but without him, our life will never be the same as before... He is our only cat... His name is "Mingkoy".

Mingkoy's sleeping in our bed?

He has been doing this habit quite a while now. Recently, I have noticed he really loved to sleep in our bed, curling his body on the top of a warm blanket. After we woke up, he will going to take over our bed and lie his slender body down. Lenten season approaches faster than we thought, so maybe he gets so cold especially early in the morning. However, I love the feeling of him next to me. His mushy fur is very warm and ticklish, its just so nice and good.

Mingkoy loves to play with strings!

He will never ever spare a single string he noticed! Whenever he sees one, expect him next to it. He just love to play, especially with strings and ropes. If he sees something he think he can play with, he won't slip the chance and will definitely grab it to ease his boredom. That's how hyper and enthusiastic he is.

I have included here a video of Mingkoy playing with the rope. My little sister was trying to take away the rope from him but, he had no plans to let go. He is still so young and undoubtedly plays everytime. A nature of a young mammals.

He looks so thin here. Recently, I have noticed he's getting thinner because he only ate bones, dishes in particular yet always playing.

Mingkoy loves to hang out---side :D

If we can't find him inside the house... He would be either with our dog or he was just outside, hanging in our old divider placed at the backyard. He absolutely love to relax with all the fascinating scenery outside. While having his rest, I took some pictures of him. And it seems like he was having fun. He made such a pose that were quite funny and he really looked like a pro.

Mingkoy's favorite place, kitchen.

He loves bed. He loves strings. He loves to hang-out. But of course, nothing beats the kitchen! If he hears a commotion in the kitchen or the sound of the utensils and smells the delicious scent of the foods, he will instantly march to the kitchen with whatever he is currently doing. Kitchen is his top priority, no more no less. I admit his presence in the kitchen is somehow annoying. He keeps on creeping with our feet and sometimes we could hardly move. Nevertheless, I've gotten used to it.
